Happy Thanksgiving!!!

We are getting ready for Thanksgiving around here! Pierce is still talking about his fun Thanksgiving Feast that he had at school with his friends last week. We are excited about lots of yummy food this week and time with family. Happy Turkey Day!!

Gameday Saturdays!

Many of our Saturdays in the fall involve tailgating and football games.  Last weekend was no exception!  This was the last regular game in Auburn, we had lots of fun with friends and family and even went to a basketball game at the new arena the night before!

The weather was perfect for tailgating! Family time with Craig and Karin....

Our friends Laura and Tim came too!  We had so much fun with them!!  I'm pretty sure Pierce didn't miss us at all since he spent the weekend with Gigi and Poppa and had them all to himself!

3 Year Checkup

Pierce had his 3 year old check up last week, Dr. Hardwick reported that he looks great and is healthy!  Always good news to hear!!

Here are his stats:
38 inches tall-55%
33 pounds - 65%
They didn't measure his head but I'm pretty sure it's off the charts!

They did have to prick his finger, give him flu mist and another booster. You really would have thought the nurse cut off his entire arm by the way he was screaming when she pricked his finger. He also started yelling, "THAT LADY HURT ME!!!"...over and over and over.

2 Days, 2 Birthdays!!

M's birthday is the day after Pierce's so we have a really busy couple of days around here.  Pierce was really excited to wake up the next day after his birthday and realize it was his daddy's special day.  He keeps asking when my birthday is too!

Between Halloween candy and two different birthdays, we have not had a shortage of sweets around here.  Poor M could not even blow out his own candle, Pierce beat him to it!

                                               

Turning 3 & Halloween!

What a fun 3rd birthday Pierce had!!! Having a birthday on Halloween sure does make for a super fun and exciting day! Here's how our day started...

We ended our day at the Parker's.  They were gracious enough to open their home (once again) and host lots of kiddos for a fun Halloween!  We had lots of yummy food, tons of games/activities for the kiddos, plenty of jumping and more sweets than the kids could eat!  The kids had a great time and we are so thankful for such sweet friends to spend this time with.

Trick or Treat, here I come....

Pierce and Carter had had enough Trick or Treating and were ready to ride back to the house!

We had such a fun day celebrating Pierce's birthday. He keeps asking when his next party is and thinks that the Halloween party at Lily's was a party for him! He is such a sweet boy and we are so thankful to have him in our life. We can't believe he is 3 already!!!

Pig Iron Classic & A Lunch Date

On Friday night the Coulson's invited us to join them at the Pig Iron Classic. It was lots of fun! We all ate plenty of yummy BBQ and the kids danced the night away! Unfortunately,we didn't get very many pictures and most of them were fuzzy.

Pierce was really excited to see a Dr. Seuss themed booth, he decided to sit down a Who-ville and have some cheetos!

We also saw the Adams family before we left. Pierce was not scared of them at all and wanted to tell them, "Happy Halloween".

We met Gigi and Poppa for lunch on Saturday to celebrate both Pierce's and M's birthdays.

Pierce loves the tools and work bench that they gave him! Safety first!!
