Iron Bowl 2015

Due to Auburn's less than stellar performance this football season, we really did not plan on going to the game this year. The Flowers' invited us to do gameday with them, so we took them up (especially since we knew this was more than likely Will's last game with the team). Sadly, Auburn didn't win...but they did put up a decent fight.  Thanks Will and Faith for a fun day!  We are going to miss you terribly!!

Cam Newton and Bo Jackson were in attendance for the game and as always, worked hard to pump up the crowd.

I've been so grateful to have Faith here to experience this move.  Not sure what I would have done without her!

Sweet LG and her parents came to visit for gameday too and spent the night.  We loved having them here!

Gobble, Gobble

We had a busy Thanksgiving full of family and blessings. First we headed down to the farm, celebrated pretty much everyone's birthday but mine (Ha!) and had some special time with Gigi and Poppa.  We missed the TX crew!

We then headed to Luverne for more family time.  The bigger cousins were excited to graduate to a different table and not be stuck here and at the table with the younger ones!

Pierce, of course, had to get in his cuddle time with Lily Grace!

All-Star Bash

Pierce was able to spread out his birthday celebration for several weeks.  Sports Academy was closed for a while since they were moving into their new facility.  He finally enjoyed his night full of games and celebration with some buddies!

Peace,Love, Run

RES had their annual Fun(d) Run in November. I was able to attend and run some while Pierce's class ran. They did great and it was a fun day for everyone!
All of the runners ran out to get started through the parent spirit line.

The school had a goal of $25,000 to raise and ended with over$37,000!

Halloween/Birthday Weekend

When Halloween falls on a gameday, it's a real crazy time for us! Friday night, we headed out to University Station to trick or treat with Hoover friends in town.  It makes my heart happy to keep these friends together.

The Mommas

The Goodwin Cousin's stayed with us since it was a game weekend, so Pierce woke up to a full house on his birthday morning!

Happy Birthday, Pierce and Daddy!!!!

Trick or Treat 2015

We attended our annual neighborhood Trick or Treating celebration again. Since Halloween fell on a gameday (and gamedays trump everything in Auburn), we trick or treated a few nights early. It was really fine with me since that's one more thing off the to do list at birthday time!
Pierce wanted to be a football player this year...and not an Auburn one.  He went with his favorite NFL team, the Seahawks.
We headed to the clubhouse for a fun night of food, hay rides, finding friends, and trick or treating!

Seay Farms

We always love going to visit Gigi and Poppa so we can head out to Seay Farms. Cousin Ferrin has a super cool operation and let my guys get it on some of the action on one of our fall visits!
