Our Ghostly Pumpkin

Pierce was really excited about carving our pumpkin this year, so we did it last weekend. On hind sight, it was a really bad idea since it was too early before Halloween and the weather has been pretty warm. I realized that I think this is the first year we've actually carved a pumpkin!

Nonetheless, Pierce loved helping dig out the "guts" and telling us all about pumpkins since they have been learning about them at school.  He decided on ghosts for this year.  Of course, he wanted something much more difficult, but luckily The Smith's have invitied us over for their crazy pumpkin carving extravaganza so we could do an easy one at home!  BOO!!
